Our Roadmaps team is seeking a passionate and motivated Drug & Alcohol Group Facilitator / Case Manager to join our team in Dubbo.
This is a full time, maximum term contract for 12 months.The Roadmaps program supports clients to address alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges within their own community, enabling them to remain connected to their local supports while working toward recovery. The program includes group therapy, education and information sessions, counselling, and ongoing support.
About the Role
As a Group Facilitator / Case Manager, you will work with a diverse client group, providing:
- Comprehensive assessments of dependency
- Individual counselling and case management
- Co-facilitation of structured group therapy programs
Development and implementation of individual treatment plans

You will be based at our Church Street office in Dubbo and join a supportive, experienced, and collaborative team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates, who will be supported by an engaged and values-driven Assistant Manager.
About You
Along with your passion for supporting people, you will bring:
- A qualification (minimum Diploma level) in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Community Services, Mental Health, or a related field
- Experience, or willingness, to co-facilitate intensive group programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing a caseload with varying levels of complexity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and self-organisation skills
- A calm, non-judgemental approach and ability to manage challenging behaviours
- A proactive and collaborative team mindset
- A sound understanding of professional, ethical, and legislative requirements
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a current National Police Check

- Salary range: $88,109 – $94-828 (depending on skills, knowledge, and experience) plus superannuationn
