Additional Information:
o 1 - Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
o 1 - Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight

- You must be available to work shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday through Sunday.
- Roster includes a mix of day/evening shifts and availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday)
Team vision ( title) About this work area
Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will:
- Pick, pack, and check products for in-store and online customer orders, meeting set KPIs.
- Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
- Contribute to goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment and stock control.
- Follow IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep customers and co-workers safe.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to complete fulfilment tasks.
- Manage stock storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transport within the warehouse.
- Support the wider fulfilment team with tasks such as Click & Collect handouts.
