Roselands Dental Practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team in a part time or casual role.
We are a modern, well established practice looking for someone confident, reliable and proactive, with strong clinical experience and excellent communication skills.
This role is best suited to someone who:
- Has strong chairside experience in Australian dental practices
- Speaks fluent, professional English
- Is confident assisting on reception during lunch breaks and busy periods
- Works well within a close-knit team environment
- Takes initiative and presents professionally at all times
About the Role:
- Chairside assisting across a range of procedures
- Assisting with infection control and sterilisation
- Reception support including phones and patient communication
- Coordinating lab work and supporting daily clinical flow
- Working closely with dentists and the wider team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience in Australia (essential)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Dental4Windows experience preferred
- Experience with implants and orthodontics highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Monday, Thursday and Friday availability is essential, with potential for additional shifts (we are open 7 days).
