About the Role:
Based at our Mile End office and reporting to the Head of Procurement, this full-time role is a great opportunity to play a key part in supporting effective contract and procurement practices across ACH Group. You will help keep contract activity on track by coordinating contract administration, supporting supplier onboarding and compliance, maintaining accurate records, and providing clear reporting to support informed decision-making.
You will be joining a collaborative, service-focused team where your attention to detail, organisation and ability to build positive relationships will make a meaningful difference. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering quality administrative support, and is motivated by continuous improvement in a purpose-driven aged care environment.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate contract and supplier records across approved systems.
- Monitor contract and compliance milestones, deliverables and renewal dates.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Manage the Procurement and Contracts shared inbox, triaging and responding to enquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support quality initiatives.
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
About You!
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, compliance or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and sound record management practices.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Power BI.
- Confidence learning and using business systems and digital tools such as Workday, Lumary, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
- A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Professionalism, integrity and respect when working with confidential information.
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old
