We're looking for an experienced Baker to join our growing production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-volume production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00am – 1:30pm
- Full-time
- No weekends
Your responsibilities
- Bake high volumes of cookies each day
- Monitor baking quality and consistency throughout production
- Follow daily production schedules and workflows
- Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Support the wider bakery team as required
About you
- Previous commercial baking experience is essential
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and product consistency
- Able to safely lift and carry 15–20kg as part of daily production duties.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and takes pride in your work
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team
Peak trading periods
As a food manufacturing business, all team members are expected to be available during our busiest seasons:
- Easter
- Winter (June–September)
- Christmas
Location
Our bakery is currently located in Silverwater, NSW.
Towards the end of 2026, we'll be relocating to our new production facility in Chullora, NSW as part of our continued growth. Successful applicants will begin working in Silverwater before transitioning with the team to Chullora, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to both locations.
