About the Role:
We are a busy massage shop located inside the vibrant Vermont South Shopping Centre. We are looking for motivated and friendly Massage Therapists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality massage treatments to clients.
Handle customers that walk-in, providing excellent customer service.
Manage booking appointments and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment in the shop.
Requirements:
* Ability to speak and understand basic English to interact with clients.
Friendly, reliable, and strong communication skills.
Experience in massage therapy is preferred, but not essential.
As on-the-job training will be fully provided for the right candidate.
Benefits & Remuneration:
* Commission: Generous 50% commission rate per customer.
Guaranteed Wage: A protected weekly wage is available for experienced therapists upon successful completion of a 1-month trial/training period.

主要工作职责：
为客户提供高质量的按摩理疗服务。
接待进店的顾客，提供优良的客户服务。
管理预约时间表，并以专业的方式处理客户咨询。
保持店内干净、整洁以及舒适温馨的环境。
岗位要求：
具备基本的英语听说能力，能够与客户进行日常沟通。
待人友善、工作靠谱、具备良好的沟通能力。
有按摩经验者优先，但并非必不可少。
我们将为合适的人选全面提供在职培训。
福利与报酬：
提成：每位顾客高打 50% 的慷慨提成率。
保底薪资：
经验丰富且成功通过 1 个月试用/培训期的按摩师，可享受每周保底薪资保障。
