YOUR NEW ROLE
The Senior Campaign Manager leads the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, revenue and audience growth across Sydney Opera House's diverse program of events and experiences. This is a role for a strategic, insight-driven marketer who thrives on performance and knows how to bring cross-functional teams together to produce outstanding work. With responsibility for senior stakeholder management, budget oversight and talent development within the Campaigns team, the Senior Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping campaign excellence and the long-term strength of the Sydney Opera House brand.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Ideally you will:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Arts Management.
-
6+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management, including 2+ years in leadership role, with proven track record of delivering sales and revenue targets for events and experiences.

Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and optimise large-scale campaigns in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
-
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach that leverages analytics to improve outcomes.
-
Deep knowledge of integrated marketing and experience across the full campaign lifecycle.
-
Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Experience managing campaign budgets, monitoring spend and reporting on financial performance.
