The Company
ABTC is a Bespoke Truck Fleet Processing and Customisation centre for Mercedes Benz, Freight Liner, Fuso, Iveco, Sitrak, Irizar, Volgren and many other Brands.
Due to recent an increase in work, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Team Members to join our team, located in Dandenong South a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria.
As a Mechanical/Electrical Technician or Assistant Technician you will be required to install a range of accessories and perform custom modification for our Truck and Bus fleet customers. A mechanical or auto-electrical background is highly desired, however, if you have a solid mechanical or electrical skills and a positive attitude and are keen to learn, we will provide the training.
What you will do:
- General Truck modifications, customisations and accessory fitment.
- Inspection of Trucks, Buses and Parts
- Mechanical and Electrical Modifications and Repairs
- In-house loom manufacturing and mechanical assembly
- Truck Arrival and Exit Inspections
- General duties
What you will bring:
- A driver license is essential and a HR licence an advantage.
- Automotive mechanical/ electrical skills.
- Mechanical or auto-electrical qualification (or part thereof) desirable
- A team player with a 'can do' attitude who is passionate, energetic and shows initiative.
- Strong attention to detail, quality and a willingness and ability to learn.
- Proven skills in multitasking, managing your own time and meeting tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the auto or HV industry advantageous.
