Are you a Physiotherapist who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in movement and sport, and wants to continue developing your clinical skills?
This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work across two clinic environments, providing exposure to different patient groups, referral pathways and clinical presentations, with strong support from experienced clinicians.
About the Role
This is a full-time Physiotherapist position working across two locations, with the majority of your hours based at the larger clinic.
The caseload is predominantly adult, with approximately 10% paediatric clients, most of whom are sporting teenagers.
You'll work across a varied mix of:

WorkCover
-
Medicare
-
Private patients
-
A smaller NDIS component
-
Musculoskeletal presentations
-
Sports injuries
-
Post-operative rehabilitation
-
Chronic conditions
-
Return-to-work and return-to-function rehabilitation
At one clinic, the caseload is approximately 50% WorkCover, 25% Medicare and 25% Private, with minimal NDIS.
At the other, the caseload is approximately 20% WorkCover, 30% Medicare and 50% Private, with a few NDIS clients.
The role is designed to give you exposure to both environments: one with a strong referral base and established caseload, and another with a more sports and fitness-focused setting where building relationships and networking are an important part of the role.
What You'll Be Doing

Assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions

Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans

Providing hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation

Supporting patients through injury recovery and return to work, sport and everyday activities

Applying strong clinical reasoning to assessment and treatment

Working alongside Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals

Building positive relationships with patients and referral partners

Continuing to develop your clinical skills through structured support and in-house training
What You'll Receive
Competitive salary
Starting remuneration of $80,000 plus superannuation.

One of the clinics has a strong sports and fitness focus, providing an excellent environment for someone who enjoys active rehabilitation and working with sporting clients.
Performance bonuses
Additional bonuses are available based on sales performance.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who is:

AHPRA registered or eligible for registration

Qualified with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

Interested in MSK, sports rehabilitation and active rehabilitation

Positive, hardworking and fun-loving

Patient-focused with strong communication skills

Keen to develop clinical reasoning and treatment skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Motivated to continue learning and undertaking professional development

Able to travel between the two clinic locations

In possession of a current Australian driver's licence and access to a car
