As our Employee Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in providing specialist employee and industrial relations expertise across TPG Telecom, supporting leaders to effectively manage workplace matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, workplace obligations and organisational policies. You'll draw on your expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, workplace compliance and employment legislation to mitigate employment-related risk, build leader capability and contribute to a positive employee experience.
You'll make impact by:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to leaders and People Experience Business Partners on employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct, grievances, investigations, redundancies and workplace compliance.
- Supporting Enterprise Agreement interpretation, bargaining activities, implementation and industrial relations initiatives across the business.
- Managing Fair Work Commission matters and employment-related claims, including preparation of responses, evidence and stakeholder coordination.
- Conducting workplace compliance reviews, wage compliance assessments and governance activities to identify and mitigate organisational risk.
Developing policies, frameworks, training and practical resources that strengthen workplace compliance, psychosocial safety and leadership capability.

What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources, with expertise managing complex workplace matters.
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment legislation and workplace health and safety obligations.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations, implementation and interpretation in a unionised or enterprise agreement environment.
- Experience managing or supporting Fair Work Commission matters and workplace investigations.
- Strong stakeholder management, policy development and written communication skills.
Ideally, you will also have:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience conducting wage compliance reviews or remediation projects.
Experience supporting psychosocial risk management initiatives or working within a regulated industry environment.
