We're looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive store performance, and grow with our brand for the long term.
Key Responsibilities
As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:
- Lead by example on the sales floor and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Monitor store performance and prepare weekly reports with operational insights and recommendations for management.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach and performance manage team members.
- Create and manage weekly staff rosters to ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare weekly replenishment lists based on best-selling products and inventory performance.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Work closely with Head Office and other departments on product feedback, promotions, new POS system rollouts, operational improvements and company initiatives.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure daily operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion retail and enjoys developing both people and business performance.
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Previous experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team.
- A proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passionate about fashion retail and committed to building a long-term career with one brand.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and flexible retail hours.
- Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of our women's fashion business and customer demographic.
