We are looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Cook to join our growing restaurant team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, curries and other South Indian specialties.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients, marinades and kitchen prep as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Assist with general kitchen duties and maintain a clean workstation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in South Indian cuisine preferred But not mandator.
- Good knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- Catering students or candidates with basic South Indian cooking knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per hour
