About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) or Enrolled Nurses (EN) to join our team as Disability Support Workers, providing high-level and intensive care support to clients with complex needs.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about applying their clinical expertise in a community-based, person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support, including complex care needs.
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meal preparation, mobility support).
- Administer and manage medications in line with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to changes in client health and wellbeing.
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment at all times.
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and care teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) (AHPRA).
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or complex care settings.
- Strong clinical skills, including medication management and health monitoring.
- A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current driver’s license (if required).
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and commitment to high-quality care.

Pay: $43.00 – $44.00 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
