About the role:
ICC Sydney are looking to recruit a world-class team of Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join our world class Event Delivery team.
This role will be responsible for creating extraordinary guest experiences in the delivery of food and beverage services across the variety of events held at our venue, ranging from a bespoke VIP event for 20 guests to large scale gala dinners, Conferences, Exhibitions and Live Entertainment events catering for thousands of guests.

Required Skills & Experience:

NSW RSA Card essential.

Proven experience working as a waiter/waitress, bar or beverage attendant at a 5-Star hospitality/hotel/venue working in Functions, Banquets, Conferences, Events.

Immaculate Personal Presentation & Grooming to meet 5 Star Standards.

Passion for turning the ordinary into extraordinary.

Valid working rights in Australia.

You must be 18 years or over.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may require some heavy lifting, regularly walking more than 10,000 steps per shift and prolonged periods of standing.

Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including day, evening and weekend work with early starts and late finishes.
