Our team includes Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers and other allied health professionals working collaboratively to support people with complex needs.
We believe clinicians should spend their time supporting participants—not managing unnecessary administration. Our systems, governance and clinical support allow practitioners to focus on delivering exceptional services while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Position Summary
We are seeking passionate Behaviour Support Practitioners at all levels (Core, Proficient, Advanced and Specialist) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
You will work with NDIS participants to understand behaviours of concern, improve quality of life, reduce restrictive practices, and build the capacity of families, carers and support teams through evidence-based positive behaviour support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
- Develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and allied health professionals.
- Deliver training and capacity-building to support teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation and professional development.
- Practice in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and relevant professional standards.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education or another discipline recognised by the NDIS Commission.
- Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (or eligibility to obtain registration).
- Experience conducting functional assessments and developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (appropriate to your registration level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (where required).
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for community-based work).
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (if engaged as a contractor).
- Current ABN (for contractor arrangements).
Desirable
- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and psychosocial disability.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.
- Experience delivering services via telehealth.
- Experience working within the NDIS environment.

Pay: $120.00 – $250.00 per hour
