What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in Haemodialysis, you will provide specialised nursing care to patients requiring renal replacement therapy while ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care outcomes
- Advocate for patients, carers and diverse communities to ensure individualised care needs are met
- Provide clinical support, preceptorship and mentoring to nurses and students
- Maintain clinical knowledge through education, quality improvement activities, audits and professional development initiatives
