About the Role
We are looking for a full-time position for a recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of relevant experience, eager to develop their career in a people- and business-focused role. Reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, you will provide broad administrative and project support while also contributing to key cross-functional business initiatives. We have positions available in the Human Resources team or the Chairman's Office.
This role is ideal for graduates in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and provides strong exposure to project coordination, reporting, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and supporting delivery of key organisational initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support ongoing organisational improvement.
- Analyse operational data and undertake research to develop project business cases, providing informed insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the delivery of projects by working closely with stakeholders to assess workflows and implement improved processes.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, records, and progress tracking for current and future initiatives.
- Provide oversight of operational teams and contractors involved in ground operations and project execution to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external professionals to support project planning and delivery requirements.
- Investigate and resolve project, service, and contract-related issues, including coordinating contract variations to support continued project delivery.
- Assist in reviewing supplier agreements and supporting contract variation processes in accordance with project scope and operational needs.
- Track post-implementation performance to confirm project outcomes meet planned objectives and support corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management, including performance insights, risk updates, and realised savings from implemented initiatives.
- Support corporate administration tasks including contract documentation, policy management, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or operational teams.
- Familiarity with contract administration or supplier coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Comfortable working with data and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
