The Program Finance Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and efficient financial support to the Finance & Business Operations Manager across assigned programs. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, robust analysis, and effective control of program financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance with Defence cost and reporting requirements. It also supports decision-making through clear insights into program performance, risks, and opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis against forecasts.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumptions development and stakeholder engagement.

Monitor and reconcile key financials including cost allocations, OSEC reporting (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash), and contract performance.

Support invoicing, debtor management, cash flow tracking, and contract reconciliation activities.

Prepare and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including CSR and OpPlan/LRP inputs.

Support Estimate at Completion (CEAC) processes, pricing reviews, and audit/true-up activities.
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking studies toward qualification.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and variances in financial data.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks with competing priorities.

Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities and business needs.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience developing efficient and repeatable reporting models.
Special Requirements:
