Our Atherton team is looking for an experienced & motivated individual to join our Waste Services department as a Transfer Station Operator on a casual basis.
The Transfer Station Operator is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations at Tablelands Regional Council’s (TRC) waste facilities, including transfer stations and open and closed landfill sites. The position carries out waste management, site maintenance, and operational activities in an effective and efficient manner, supports other staff across facilities, and provides courteous assistance to members of the public while ensuring compliance with environmental, operational, and workplace health and safety requirements.
