We're now hiring for a
Full Time Assistant Venue Manager to join us in the heart of the action. Supporting the Venue Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in creating an exceptional guest experience, developing a high performing team and ensuring the venue runs seamlessly day to day.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll help drive performance across sales, labour, costs, and operational standards while keeping energy high and the team engaged. From coaching and development to rostering, inventory management, and KPI ownership, you'll have a direct impact on the success of one of our most iconic venues.
Located at the entrance of Chadstone's bustling Market Pavilion, Yo-Chi Chadstone has quickly become a guest favourite since opening its doors last year. Surrounded by a lively and vibrant atmosphere, attracting high guest volumes and endless opportunities to create memorable experiences.
