We are growing quickly across hospitality and retail and are looking for a strong Sales Manager to help take ReelWork to the next level.
The Opportunity
We are looking for someone hungry, ambitious and ready to build.
This role is suited to someone who has strong sales experience, knows how to win new business and wants the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position as the company expands.
You will be responsible for generating new business, closing larger employers, helping manage the sales team and building a sales process that can scale.
This is a hands on role. You will be expected to sell, meet clients, run demonstrations, follow up leads and help new employers get started successfully.
You will work directly with the founder and have genuine input into the direction of the sales team and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business across hospitality, retail and other suitable industries
- Build relationships with business owners, operators, franchise groups and senior decision makers
- Run product demonstrations and clearly explain the value of ReelWork
- Manage leads and opportunities through Pipedrive
- Follow up consistently and close new accounts
- Help recruit, train and manage sales representatives as the team grows
- Set weekly sales targets and keep the team accountable
- Improve sales scripts, processes and conversion rates
- Help new employers post jobs, activate their hiring links and start using ReelWork properly
- Work closely with marketing, operations and product teams
- Identify larger partnership and multi location opportunities
- Report clearly on activity, meetings, conversions and employer growth
What We Are Looking For
- Strong sales or business development experience
- A proven ability to win new business and close deals
- Hungry, competitive and motivated by growth
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision makers
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised and consistent with follow up
- Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
- Willing to be hands on and take ownership
- Someone who wants more than just a job and is motivated by the opportunity to grow with the company
Experience in software, recruitment, hospitality, retail, payroll, rostering or business services would be highly regarded.

The role will involve office work, employer meetings, product demonstrations and regular visits to businesses.
A performance based commission and bonus structure will also apply.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
