About the role:
As Delivery Coordinator, you are the central point of contact that turns a sale into a memorable handover, coordinating every step from order to keys-in-hand.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery process for new Isuzu trucks, ensuring each handover is smooth and on time
- Liaising with the sales team, customers, and external suppliers to keep all parties informed and aligned
- Coordinating vehicle preparation, registration, and accessory fitment so nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintaining accurate records in the dealer management system, giving the team reliable data to work from
- Resolving queries promptly, turning potential issues into demonstrations of the service quality Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for

You are someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to complexity and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

- Experience in a coordination, administration, or customer-facing role, ideally within automotive or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles and customers at once without losing track
- Clear, confident communication, whether you are on the phone with a customer or following up with a supplier
- Comfortable working with dealer management systems or similar platforms, with a sharp eye for detail in documentation
