As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects that create long term value for our customers, communities and business. Working alongside Development Managers and key stakeholders, you will provide project management expertise from inception through to completion, helping bring Stockland's growing Data Centre portfolio to life.

What You’ll Do
- Join our Development Project Management team in a permanent role supporting the delivery of Stockland's expanding Data Centre portfolio.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects from planning and design through to construction completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Partner with Development Managers, consultants, contractors and approval authorities to drive project success and unlock value across the project lifecycle.
- Apply specialist project management expertise to manage programme, cost, risk and stakeholder outcomes while supporting sustainable development objectives.
- Contribute to Stockland's asset diversification strategy by helping deliver critical digital infrastructure that supports future growth and long term value creation.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure, construction or major development projects with proven project outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, programmes and risk.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience across large scale infrastructure, industrial, mission critical facilities or Data Centre developments will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
