Fusion5 is expanding its presence in Australia and seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Integration-focused business pillar in Melbourne or Sydney. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex solution sales, focusing on business transformations lead by integration using middleware platforms like Kong, Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, Mulesoft and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
We're looking for a high-performing hunter with a strong network, deep solution-selling expertise, and the confidence to engage with C-level executives across Australia's enterprise sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading enterprise-level sales of data & integration solutions that ultimately inform AI applications.
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities that enable operational transformation through integrated platforms.
- Selling across our data & integration ecosystem: Azure Integration Services, AWS, Mulesoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other middleware platforms as well as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and Databricks from a data perspective
- Owning the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborating closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams to shape solutions aligned with business needs.
- Working in tandem with vendor partners to co-develop opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of tech-led enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within data & integration/middleware or enterprise applications (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
- A track record of success in complex solution sales and strategic deal execution.
- Deep understanding of business transformation, systems integration, data platforms, or middleware solutions.
- Experience engaging in long-term, consultative sales processes and navigating enterprise procurement.
- Strong existing network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients in Australia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and achievement.
- Prior experience selling into industries like manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or government is a plus.
