Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of operational and customer-facing technology services across NSW Maritime. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational resilience, and compliance standards. It also ensures continuity and stability of core systems by managing BAU enhancements, operational releases, and support activities critical to frontline and back-office functions.
Act as a key link between technology and maritime operations, the role partners closely with operational teams to ensure technology solutions meet evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational demands. It builds strong relationships with stakeholders, maintains deep domain knowledge, and ensures delivery is timely, compliant, and aligned with operational priorities. Additionally, the role monitors emerging technologies to keep systems modern, resilient, and fit for purpose.
Key accountabilities include leading platform and system delivery, managing a complex applications portfolio, balancing multiple projects, and driving governance, compliance, and performance outcomes.
