About the Role
As Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll lead the charge in securing large enterprise deals that shape the future of workplace hospitality. You'll engage senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and front-line users - owning relationships from first meeting to onboarding, navigating tenders, and positioning EatFirst as the only choice for premium food service procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure enterprise-level clients to expand EatFirst's footprint in the corporate catering space
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and operational staff at all levels
- Commercial Agenda: Define and own commercial and go-to-market models, and uplift the collective commercial mindset of EatFirst
- Tender Leadership: Lead large tender responses with compelling proposals that showcase EatFirst's industry leadership
- Market Leadership: Leverage EatFirst's reputation to position our platform as the premier choice for workplace food solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with supplier relationship managers and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class service
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred)
- 3+ years in a high-performing industry (consulting, banking, tech startup) or B2B / enterprise sales - ideally in services, hospitality, SaaS, or corporate catering
- Confident managing complex sales cycles and leading tender responses with procurement teams
- Understanding of workplace services or food-related solutions is a strong plus
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to exceed targets
- Must be based in Sydney and available for in-person meetings
