We're Looking For
An experienced Site Supervisor to join our Stockland Halcyon (Land Lease Communities) Residential Construction team in a permanent full time role based at Halcyon Edgebrook, Eagleby.
What You’ll Do
- In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Site Supervisor to plan, manage and deliver multiple residential homes from commencement through to handover.
- You will play a key role in ensuring builds are completed safely, on time and within budget, while meeting Stockland Halcyon’s high quality standards and legislative requirements.
- This role sits within our Residential Construction team and contributes directly to creating high quality homes within thriving land lease communities.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to drive efficient site operations and consistent delivery outcomes.

You’re passionate about residential construction and take pride in delivering high quality homes. You thrive in a fast paced environment where organisation, collaboration and attention to detail are key, and you’re looking to further develop your supervisory expertise within a supportive team.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Tertiary and or trade qualification in building or construction related discipline
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Solid understanding of WHS, building legislation, regulations and codes
