2IC (Second-in-Charge) – Casual With the Option to go (Full Time Hours Available)
Location: Zambrero Melville
Zambrero Melville is looking for a motivated and reliable 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join our team. This is a casual position with full-time hours available for the right candidate.
Shift Times
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 11:30am – 8:00pm
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
About the Role
As our 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading shifts and helping drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support the team
- Open and close the store
- Stock ordering and stocktakes
- Weekly banking when required
- Cash handling when required
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Train and coach team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service
About You
- Previous supervisor or management experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude we are willing to train you.
- Zambrero experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
