What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook quality meals across multiple sections during service
- Deliver consistent food quality while maintaining high presentation standards
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture where teamwork comes first
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and service points during peak periods
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for quality food and great hospitality
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is desirable
- Availability across prep, lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays
