Asquith Doctors is a well-established, patient-focused medical practice seeking a warm, professional and reliable Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy practice.
About the Role
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Processing Medicare and EFTPOS transactions
- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Supporting doctors, nurses and administrative staff
- General reception and administrative duties
About You
- Previous medical reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
