As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing professional, friendly, and accurate information that supports a high-quality customer experience. In this role, you will manage a range of enquiries from members of the public, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. You will support day-to-day operations by assisting with bookings, retail sales, and visitor services, while also ensuring compliance with Parks Victoria policies and safety standards.

About the role
Working across either the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden or William Ricketts Sanctuary, you will build a strong knowledge of the local parks to enhance visitor engagement and deliver meaningful experiences. When rostered at the Botanic Garden, you will also drive the Garden Tour Bus and provide engaging commentary to visitors, adding a unique and interactive element to the role.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance processes and the overall visitor experience, while working collaboratively with a supportive team in a dynamic outdoor environment.
