As our business continues to grow, we're seeking reliable Casual Production & Garment Care Team Members to join our production team.
About the Role
As a Laundry Production & Garment Care Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering the premium quality our clients expect.
Working within our modern production facility, you'll be responsible for sorting, inspecting, pressing, finishing and preparing garments and linen to the highest standards.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is looking for flexible ongoing casual work with opportunities for additional shifts as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Sorting and preparing garments for processing
- Inspecting garments for stains, damage and care instructions
- Operating commercial laundry equipment
- Pressing and finishing garments to premium standards
- Folding, packaging and preparing customer orders
- Labelling and organising client orders
- Performing quality control checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following garment care procedures and safety standards
- Assisting with general production tasks as required

Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift approximately 10kg
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred (but not essential)
- Laundry or dry-cleaning experience
- Garment pressing experience
- Commercial ironing experience
- Textile or fashion experience
- Hospitality or production experience
Physical Requirements
This role involves:
- Standing for most of the shift
- Repetitive manual tasks
- Lifting and moving laundry bags and garments
- Operating commercial laundry equipment
- Working in a production environment
