We are seeking a **mature, experienced and reliable Holiday Resort Manager** to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
This is a hands-on position for someone with solid experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management or hotel front office operations**. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, solving problems and managing day-to-day resort operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily front office and guest services
* Handling guest enquiries, check-ins, complaints and general requests
* Inspecting apartments/rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals
* Coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and trades when required
* Following up maintenance issues through to completion
* Communicating professionally with apartment owners when required
* Assisting with bookings, emails, phone calls and general administration
* Liaising with trades and contractors regarding minor building-related matters
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the resort
About You
* Previous experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management“
* Mature, responsible and confident working independently
* Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable communicating with guests, apartment owners and tradespeople
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple matters and priorities at the same time
* Good computer and administration skills
* **Experience using REI is highly preferred**
* Experience with holiday accommodation booking systems will be highly regarded
This is **not an entry-level position**. We are looking for an experienced person who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through to completion with minimal supervision.
