ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager – Australian Regions, this role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a regional engagement plan that creates a world-class experience for members.
You will lead a high-performing team and drive sustainable engagement, revenue growth and member satisfaction across NSW, while strengthening CA ANZ’s local presence and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing regional team
- Delivering regional engagement plans to drive member satisfaction and growth
- Embedding a strong member-focused sales culture across CPD, events and sponsorship
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing delivery of events, conferences and engagement initiatives
- Managing regional governance including councils, committees and advisory groups
- Providing insights to inform strategy, innovation and member experience improvements
- Acting as an escalation point for regional service issues
ABOUT YOU
- Proven senior leadership experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Strong capability in delivering strategic plans and achieving engagement and revenue outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets or financial outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong presentation capability

The Member Engagement team delivers meaningful member experiences and strengthens CA ANZ’s local presence through events, partnerships and strategic engagement.
It works collaboratively across the organisation to drive member satisfaction, engagement and regional outcomes.
