VACANT POSITIONS:
- Childcare Enrolment & Admin Officer – Certificate III Qualified
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Childcare Enrolment & Admin Officer to join our team. This role focuses on managing family enquiries, booking childcare tours, managing bond and enrolments while supporting the daily administration of the centre.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for new families, creating a welcoming experience and guiding families through the enrolment process from enquiry to commencement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email, and online childcare enquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule centre tours for prospective families
- Provide families with information about programs, availability, fees, and centre policies
- Build strong relationships with families and create a welcoming first impression
- Follow up tour enquiries and maintain communication with prospective families
Enrolment Administration
- Manage the enrolment process for new families
- Maintain accurate enrolment records, waiting lists, and child information
- Ensure all enrolment forms and compliance documents are completed correctly
- Process enrolment paperwork and update childcare management systems
Administration Support
- Perform reception and administrative duties as required
- Maintain confidentiality of family and centre information
- Support occupancy and enrolment targets for the centre
- Assist management with reporting and administrative tasks
- Ensure records are organised and up to date
Childcare Support
- Provide support within rooms when required
- Assist educators in maintaining a safe and positive environment for children
- Follow centre policies, procedures, and National Quality Standards
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in childcare administration, enrolments, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and childcare management software

Pay: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour
