CJY Legal is hiring a Family Lawyer (1–3 years PAE) to join our growing team in Burwood.
About the role
You will work primarily in family law matters including:
- parenting disputes
- property settlements
- divorce applications
- consent orders
- ADVO related family law matters
- court appearances in the FCFCOA
You will have carriage of files under supervision and regular client contact.
Requirements
- admitted solicitor in NSW
- 1–3 years post-admission experience in family law
- strong drafting and communication skills
- ability to manage files independently
- experience with court appearances preferred
- Chinese language skills preferred but not essential
