A busy café in the heart of the Swan Valley is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
We’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors, so a friendly personality and a genuine love for hospitality are essential.
Our café can get busy, so we’re looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a supportive and hardworking team.
A little about us:
- We’re a specialty coffee shop located in the beautiful Swan Valley
- We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and coffee
- No night shifts
- Trading Wednesday–Sunday
- Trading hours are 7:30am–2:00pm
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Weekend availability (essential)
- A positive, friendly, and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
- A team player with a great work ethic
- Coffee knowledge or barista experience is not essential but will be highly regarded
