The French Lettuce, a proudly family-owned Melbourne bakery with over 40 years of excellence, is seeking two experienced Pastry Cooks to join our growing team.

Your Role Will Involve:
We’re hiring for two different pastry cook roles with varying duties, including:
- Weighing, mixing & preparing cakes and pastries
- Dough preparation & lamination
- Cake decorating and finishing
- General cleaning and kitchen responsibilities
Shift Times:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 2:00am – 10:45am
- Friday: 2:00am – 7:30am
- Saturday: 10:00pm Friday night – 4:30am Saturday morning
About You:
- Experience in a pastry cook or bakery role
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Comfortable with early morning or overnight shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and baking standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
