About the Role
Lead quality and research initiatives that strengthen Radiation Oncology services and improve patient outcomes. You'll drive best practice, support clinical excellence and help shape innovation across the department.

About You
You're an experienced Radiation Therapist ready to lead quality, research and service improvement.
- Degree in Radiation Therapy with MRPBA registration
- Current Radiation Protection and Control licence
- Experience in quality, research or leadership roles
- Strong communication and change leadership skills
- Expertise in contemporary radiation therapy practice
