About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development

Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-prepared Montessori environment

Assist with documentation, programming, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently working toward one)

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Strong communication and organisational skills

Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded)
