THE ROLE
We currently have the opportunity for a trade qualified Carpenter to join our Trades & Services team covering everything from general repairs and outdoor structures to internal fit-outs, renovations and custom-building solutions.
This casual position works 12 hours per day from 6.00am to 6.00pm and is offered to either a Newman local working on an 8/6 roster OR to a Perth based resident on a 12/9 FIFO roster and staying in local shared housing with a meal allowance provided.
ABOUT YOU
Will be a Carpenter or Cabinet Maker and require:
Australian recognised trade qualification
Construction White Card
Unrestricted Australian manual drivers’ licence, MR preferred
Ability to undertake preventative and reactive maintenance work, including general housing repairs
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and customer‑focused attitude
Enjoy working in a small team and pitching in where needed
Two years’ experience in a similar role
Strong commitment to working safely
Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medial, including an Alcohol & Other Drugs Screen
