Th e Accreditation Coordinator is a fixed term position until end of March 2027 and will play a pivotal role in delivering accreditation outcom e s for International Cricket, WBBL/BBL, and professional domestic competitions, helping to create safe, secure and seamless experiences for everyone involved in the game.
Working closely with the Accreditation Lead, you'll be at the heart of planning and delivering accreditation operations, supporting key stakeholders, coordinating match-day activities, and ensuring accreditation processes run smoothly across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement in a dynamic sporting environment.
Reporting to the Accreditation Lead, you'll be responsible for :
Supporting the delivery of the strategic accreditation program across International Cricket, WBBL/BBL and professional domestic competitions.
Collaborating with the Accreditation Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver accreditation activities, including interstate travel and attendance at matches as required .
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including broadcasters, media, commercial partners, venues, contractors and State Associations.
Managing accreditation administration, including stakeholder enquiries, application processing, accreditation reporting and support for the accreditation vetting process.
Supporting match-day operations through stock management, training and coordination of casual Accreditation Assistants, and providing onsite accreditation support throughout the season.
Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while remaining calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced computer literacy and confidence using online systems and software platforms to manage data and administrative processes.
A high level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
A willingness to travel interstate as required ; previous accreditation experience is advantageous but not essential.
