As our events keep growing, so does our team and we are looking for Food and Beverage attendants to join us for some of our biggest events.
Job Description

Set up, service and pack down function spaces to the hotel's exacting standards, ensuring rooms are guest-ready ahead of every event

Deliver attentive, efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout conferences, banquets and events

Assist with the smooth coordination of event runsheets, liaising with the kitchen and events team to ensure timely service

Maintain cleanliness, presentation and stock levels across all function spaces and service areas

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience

Work collaboratively with the wider banquets and events team to support a high-volume, fast-paced operation

Adhere to hotel policies, WHS regulations and responsible service of alcohol requirements at all times
Qualifications
About You:

Previous experience in hotel events, banquets or hospitality service is highly desirable

Good understanding of banquets, functions and events service style
-
Outstanding organisational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail

A genuine passion for guest service and a desire to learn and grow
-
Flexibility to work varied shifts across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
-
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is essential
