CSR are looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in North Ryde. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how our customers connect and experience our brands across all digital touchpoints. You'll lead the delivery of digital content and support customer engagement solutions across all CSR digital channels to drive measurable digital outcomes. Working collaboratively with a skilled digital team and a broad range of stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to life, optimise our online presence, and contribute directly to CSR's evolving digital communications strategy. Key Responsibilities
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Content planning, production, publishing, and optimisation and governance across CSR digital platforms.
- Support multi-channel engagement, helping to drive audience interaction across our digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the product marketing teams to enhance customer experience and support CSR's broader digital strategy.
- Develop and coordinate content calendars for blogs, social media, advertising, websites and multimedia assets based on input from product and segment teams.
- Execute and manage digital marketing initiatives across websites, social media, and digital platforms-driving projects forward with strong stakeholder management and timely delivery.
- Work with digital agencies to support demand generation and deliver efficient, impactful campaigns.
- Track and report performance of digital content, campaigns, and channel activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

About You:
You'll be a great fit if you bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- A track record of delivering ROI through smart digital strategies.
- Strong technical capability and a hands-on approach to digital assets, analytics, and planning.
- Building industry experience (preferred but not essential).
- Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing or a related field.
