About the Role
As Multi-Site Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores across QLD, empowering Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.
You'll coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performance culture that reflects the Nude Lucy & Stylerunner brand. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team, you'll identify opportunities for growth, elevate team capability, and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years' experience managing multiple retail stores or in an Area/Multi-Site Manager role
- A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing Store Managers
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and KPI success
- Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner brand
- Experience managing payroll, stock, shrinkage, visual merchandising, and operational compliance across multiple locations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for people development
- Flexibility to travel regularly throughout New Zealand

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of high-performing Stylerunner & Nude Lucy stores across Queensland
- Mentor and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Drive commercial performance through KPI accountability, customer experience, and team capability
- Analyse business performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver results
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, brand standards, and operational processes across all locations
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional retail talent while building succession pipelines
- Partner with Regional Leadership to execute strategic business initiatives
- Maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence across all stores
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, confidence, and continuous improvement
