We are a well-established manufacturing business located in Cheltenham, Victoria, seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in a varied role supporting day-to-day business operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, customer service and operational support in a friendly environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the management team, you will assist across administration, customer enquiries and general office support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending to phone and email enquiries
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Accounts payable data entry
- Maintaining customer records and database accuracy
- Updating stock levels
- Assisting warehouse operations with administrative support
- General administration and team support
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers
- Able to multitask and manage priorities
- Reliable, proactive and happy to assist where needed
- Have experience in administration or office support roles
- Available to work more hours when required
Previous experience with invoicing or basic accounts administration will be highly regarded.
