The Role
You'll be part of a small, hands-on team supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Manage returns, damaged stock, and non‑conforming inventory
Use our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including safe manual handling and use of PPE
Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed)
Coordinate with sales teams and freight providers to support smooth inbound and outbound deliveries
Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes
What we need
A reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Physically fit for hands-on, active warehouse work
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook and Excel)
Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
