Royal Dental Care is a fast-growing, patient-focused dental group with seven modern practices across Sydney. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our team at our Narellan and Campbelltown clinics.

About the Role
As an Oral Health Therapist, you will play an important role in promoting oral health and delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care. You will work alongside experienced dentists, dental assistants, and practice managers to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral health examinations and risk assessments.
- Perform dental hygiene treatments, including scaling and periodontal maintenance.
- Provide preventive treatments, including fluoride applications and fissure sealants.
- Diagnose and manage periodontal disease within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Develop personalised treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Oral Health Therapy (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A caring, professional and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full Australian working rights.
