We're Looking For
An experienced Leading Hand ready to step up in their career, or a Senior Leading Hand looking for broader responsibility and a clear pathway to Site Supervisor or Foreman with our Halcyon team at Promenade in Burpengary East.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Site Supervisor to deliver multiple homes on time and to quality standards
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and daily site activities
- Lead and support Leading Hands and Labourers
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-presented sites
- Complete safety audits, inspections, and hold points
- Manage defects, PSI items, and onsite updates using construction systems
- Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and homeowners.
About You
You’re a capable, hands-on professional who leads by example and motivated to take the next step in your career.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experienced Leading Hand/Senior Leading Hand in residential construction
- Carpentry background preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence reading plans and managing workflow
- White Card and Driver’s Licence required
Desirable: First Aid and Cert IV in WHS
