Xplicit Kleans is a Southeast Queensland cleaning and property services business working across Brisbane and Ipswich. We handle bond cleans for tenants, property managers and real estate agencies, alongside residential and commercial cleaning.
The role
Bond cleaning of vacant residential properties across [north Brisbane / south Brisbane and Ipswich]. You'll be working to real estate exit standards — the kind of clean that passes the first inspection, not the third.
- Full exit cleans: kitchens, ovens, bathrooms, walls, skirtings, tracks, fans and fittings
- Working to agency and REIQ exit condition standards
- Some days one larger property, other days two or three smaller ones
You'll travel directly to your first job from home and between properties during the day. This is not a depot start.
What we're looking for
- Bond cleaning experience. This isn't a role we can train from scratch — you need to already know what an exit clean has to pass
- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Reliable. Agents book inspections around our schedule, so turning up matters more here than almost anywhere
- Honest. You'll have keys to empty properties and will often be working alone
- Eye for detail. If you can walk out of a property and know it will pass, you're who we're after
